Discreetly Straighten Your Smile

Invisalign® are clear, removable aligners that are used as an alternative to traditional metal braces to straighten teeth. The aligners are custom-made for each patient and are designed to gradually move the teeth into the desired position.

How Does Invisalign® Work?
Invisalign® aligners are made of a clear, flexible plastic material that fits snugly over the teeth. The aligners are custom-made for each patient and are designed to gradually move the teeth into the desired position. They are worn for about 22 hours per day and should only be removed for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.
How Long Does Treatment Take?
The length of Invisalign® treatment will vary depending on the individual case, but most patients will need to wear the aligners for between nine and 15 months.
Is Invisalign® Painful?
Invisalign® is generally more comfortable to wear than traditional braces, as there are no wires or brackets to rub against the gums or cheeks. However, like any orthodontic treatment, there may be some discomfort when first starting to wear the aligners or when switching to a new set. This is normal and should resolve within a few days.
Can Anyone Get Invisalign®?
Invisalign® can be used to treat a wide range of dental issues, including overcrowded teeth, gaps between teeth, overbites, underbites, and crossbites. It is a suitable treatment option for both adults and teenagers and can be used to treat mild to moderate dental issues. However, it may not be the best option for patients with severe dental problems or for those who need to make major changes to their bite. In these cases, traditional braces may be a more appropriate treatment option.

How Often Will I Need to See an Orthodontist During Treatment?
Most patients will need to visit the orthodontist every six to eight weeks during Invisalign® treatment to check the progress of the treatment and to receive new aligners.
Can I Eat and Drink With Invisalign®?
The aligners should be removed for eating and drinking, with the exception of water. It is important to brush and floss the teeth before reinserting the aligners to avoid any food particles from getting stuck between the teeth and the aligners.
How Do I Clean Aligners?
Invisalign aligners can be cleaned by brushing them with a mild dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water. They can also be cleaned with a special Invisalign cleaning solution or by using a denture cleaner. It is important to clean the aligners regularly to remove any bacteria or plaque that may accumulate on them.
